For over 60 years the Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware has been providing free services, trainings, and educational and support programs throughout the state. Your participation inspires and enables us to advance our mission. Registering for our Freedom From Seizures 5K South will help raise funds for essential support programs and trainings as well as raise awareness and reduce stigma in epilepsy. Medals will be given to: Overall Male/Female Overall Male/Female MastersTop 3 in each age group Male/Female (9 and under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+) *Overall and Masters - based off GUN TIME*Age Groups - based off CHIP TIME There will also be awards for the largest team, top individual fundraiser & top team fundraiser! Be sure to register by September 20, 2026 to be guaranteed a race shirt!
